We are more than happy to assist all of our couples who wish to get married in a Catholic Wedding Ceremony in Italy and have a number of churches happy to perform your ceremony here in Italy.
From the majestic Cathedral in Verona to small romantic churches above Lake Garda, we have a wide choice to suit your own needs.
We also have an amazing English speaking priest happy to perform your nuptial mass making everyone feel instantly at ease.
Obviously music plays a vital part in any wedding mass and we have a host of professional musicians ranging from organist to string quartets and with some amazing sopranos and tenors from the famous Arena di Verona chorus. As a musician myself, I am always happy to assist you in choosing the most suitable music for your wedding mass and also to assist you in preparing your mass booklets too.

In Italy only a Catholic ceremony is considered valid and is only possible in a consecrated Catholic Church.
It is also possible to get married in a Catholic ceremony in Italy even if one of the couple is not of the Catholic faith.
Many couple are often wary at the thought of the paperwork being too difficult and complex however don't worry as we have become rather the experts on Catholic Weddings in Italy having assisted at many over the years and I will guide you every step of the way.
We have excellent relations with our churches and their priests and your own parish priest knows the routine for you getting married abroad too so don't worry or give up on your dream of a Church wedding in Italy.
Normally you will need to attend a pre marital course in your home parish and provide a series of documents for the Church in Italy.
Your own parish priest will know what the documents are and will take you through the procedures accordingly.
He will then send the documents to his Bishop's office to be sealed and sent to Italy where we will then follow it through ensuring all is OK.
MATRIMONIO CONCORDATARIO
In Italy this form of marriage allows you to have your Religious Wedding Ceremony also legally recognized by the Italian civil authorities.
It is a simple procedure involving you to follow the guidelines set down for a civil wedding in Italy. (See our notes on Civil Weddings)
During the wedding mass, articles 143-144-147 of the Italian Civil Code are read in Italian and translated in English. (We can do this for you)
The Italian Parish Priest where you marry will then register your marriage at the Town Hall who will provide your marriage certificates.
